Stinchcomb Expedition
Enjoy a two-hour guided kayak trip through Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge. We’ll launch from our Route 66 Boathouse (3115 East Overholser Dr.) and paddle into the 1,000 acre preserve at the North Canadian River. This is a great opportunity to “get away from it all” without leaving the city. Follow the “register” link for specific dates. Appropriate for experienced kayakers, ages 13+ (ages 8-13 require a guardian). Cost $40.

Moonlight Paddle
During this 75 minute class we’ll take a paddle on a local lake or river to enjoy the sunset just as the full moon is rising. You’ll enjoy great scenery, majestic views and a unique kayaking experience. The event is weather dependent and takes place two to three evenings per month from May to September. Click on the register link for class dates. Minimum paid registration requirement: at least four paid registrations 48 hours prior to the outing. Ages 8-13 with a guardian. Kayak Fishing
OKC RIVERSPORT provides guided fishing charters of the Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge. These charters include personal instruction on all aspects of kayak fishing. The refuge is home to several different species of wildlife including waterfowl, deer and some of the best fishing in the Oklahoma City metro. We take pride in providing a friendly, at your own pace level of instruction provided by some of the best kayakers in the state. Both beginners and advance kayak anglers are welcome. So bring your fishing gear to the Route 66 Boathouse and get ready to have some fun in one of Oklahoma’s hidden treasures. Ages 8+. Cost $35
