Coached Rowing

Novice Coached Rowing is the next step for those who have completed the RIVERSPORT Learn to Row classes. Brush up on the basics and get comfortable getting on the water in team boats or in a single. Meet other rowers as you practice your skills and work towards your goals of rowing competitively or just rowing well with a great group of people.

Classes take place six days per week; you can choose how often you want to get on the water with a coach. Novice coached rowing is offered Monday through Thursday from 6-8p and Saturday from 7-9a. Purchase a RIVERSPORT pass, then select novice coached rowing sessions in groups of 10, 20 or 30 sessions then join in whenever it works for you. [purchase]

Intermediate and Advanced Rowing

If you’re interested in fine-tuning your rowing technique – and especially if you want to compete – get a RIVERSPORT pass that includes 2, 3, 4, or 5 days of coached rowing. With coached rowing teams meeting in the mornings and evenings you can reach your goals – whether to improve your skills as a recreational rower or to prepare for your next competition. Select your RIVERSPORT Pass.

Masters practice in both sweep and scull boats. Practice times vary by desired training level.
